About Glänta design

Design that invites everyone

With us, everything starts with a spark of curiosity. We don’t just build things – we create places where it feels perfectly fine to climb, laugh, balance, and take a detour just because it’s fun. Our shapes twist, lean, and invite – just like nature itself. Here, both big and small bodies can move freely, without rules or demands. Because we believe good design should feel more like play than instruction.

Our design philosophy

What lies behind our shapes?

Why don’t our products look like ordinary exercise equipment? What do skate culture, humor, and the shapes of nature have to do with it? In this interview, our Head Designer, Janne Loftén, shares the thinking behind our playful solutions – and why he prefers to invite rather than instruct.

Bicycle obstacles

Cycling creates life and movement in Lönnebergaparken

Gravelly, bumpy paths and wooden ramps – a new feature in Lönneberga Park in Annedal. Over the summer, a cycling track has been built to give young people a meaningful leisure activity and bring life to the area. An important part of this initiative is the products from our Cykellek series.
